Custom item sales are final, because it’s  designed for you, by you with your personalized design. NO REFUNDS on custom items unless damaged upon arrival. Proof of damages must be sent to us via email info@skcgloballogistics.com within 7 days of receiving item(s).

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks of processing to have your order shipped. All orders will be shipped through USPS, and tracking will be provided to you through email. 

We can not change the shipping address once its shipped
